Registration
For membership in the Association for Persons with dysfunctions, disability, rare diseases and special needs: ‘‘Give us wings‘‘.
With this application I declare that I want to become a member of Civil Society Give us wings. I accept to respect the provisions of the Statute of the association, and to actively and regularly participate (as possible) in the activities of the association.
I also promise not to use the association and the membership for political purposes.
Type of membership:
1. Annual membership fee for legal entities: 1200 denari
2. Annual dues for individuals: 600 denari
The membership card will be sent to you after you pay the application fee on the bank account of the Association.
